    Practically speaking it would be better to eat it before going in so that you’re digestive system can do its thing. That means to to 24 hours in advance. So like dinner and breakfast before heading in should prime the system nicely.

    thats only if you get selected to be one of the 12 jurors, or alternates. we just sat in the seats waiting to be potentially called in the room.
