Who’s harassing? He put out this message for people to read… well, people are reading it and they have some criticisms. That’s not harassment, that’s getting feedback.

This bit:

Over the course of the last several days, I have received a constant stream of harassing messages, death threats, and threats of doxxing over DM, Matrix, Github, and Codeberg

I don’t know the extent of it, but I can definitely see this happening. Its not a fediverse thing, or a social media thing, some people take things too far.

    Just look at this thread, there isn’t a inch of sincere criticism but mockery. And they are in a bad spot mentally as this crash out shows. So what’s so hard about seeing this and let them breathe? Instead people are making them into the next lolcow laughing at every step they make and calling it „feedback“ or „criticism“
