  That entirely depends on where you live and what temperatures you’re used too. I live in a hot part of Australia and absolutely wouldn’t wear shorts in 10c because my body is acclimated to hotter weather.

      Yes, that’s the exact point I’m making. If you’re used to colder than 10c, then 10c isn’t very cold to you.

    But, I do and yes I shovel snow in shorts. As long as my feet and hands are warm, I’m ready to roll.
