        ADHD and a primary coping mechanism of avoidance, which can lead to not opening mail because it might be something bad and then feeling awful about it endlessly. Not just the mail, but the mountain of things that should be tiny that seem to build up every few hours until I eat a but of chemicals, forget it all exists, and sometimes think I’m a crocodile for a few hours or get lost in an endless series of corridors in my shower because I turned the light off and got turned around.

        Just the usual.
