Or, rather, vote Green because whether you vote Democrat or Republican, you know from 40 years of empirical data that they have no intention of making things better for you in a material way.

    I understand that.
    
    Joe was at least willing to try and put a kind face on all this, even though he too was corrupt and driving this country into the ground. People who tend to vote centrist place a lot of emphasis on presentation and less on what a politician actually accomplishes.
