Pretty much how it worked everywhere so far.
Same thing with socialism.
Certain socialist concepts, when applied sparingly, targetedly and thoughtfully, work pretty well — as we can see in the Nordic countries. But if used as a global state paradigm (also add populism to it), then yes, same shit.
