I mean there is a VERY small pool of people that are good at their jobs and in our area of expertise. And once one of us gets a good job, we usually all try to go to that company within reason.

Fair enough. You guys can basically collude to control the labor supply, if your niche is small enough. All the most power to you; I wish more of the labor force had guns like that.
