Yeah, it certainly can be. It is possible to tactfully and gracefully disagree with someone without making them look or feel stupid, and without causing them to lose face. This is something our grandparents used to do for each other.

I don’t understand why you need to use your grandparents as an example. In what world is a single comment on the internet the same as an abusive domestic relationship?
Some of you are replying for the sake of piling on without really contributing anything of value. This is the kind of toxicity of this site that I’m taking about.
