no. women are significantly less likely to excel in my field, due to their physical limitations compared to men.

the difference is the lack of physical strength, the deficit in a competition vs communalist mindsets, and the prevalence of emotional/social tendencies.
women excel in social empathy, personal understanding (empathy), and emotional intelligence relativ to men.

Only one of those are true biologically as far as I know, but I would love to be proven wrong.
Anyway, what’s your work that requires such strength that women can’t compare? Heavy weight lifter?
