Teenage me could do 7/8 but minimum of 3 usually. 20s I would usually still be in the 3-5 range depending on work, now 1-2. All of those with the caveat that if I was having sex I was masturbating less bc sex lasts longer and is more satisfying, but it didn’t cut it entirely, which it can now (but not always).
