but that’s aspirational at this point; right now I’m due-diligence jumping through hoops that my doctor keeps putting in my way to gatekeep me from transitioning. honestly though, i really did need to lose all this weight. i’ve recently surpassed a hundred pounds down, but i’m still at least 125 more away from a healthy enough condition to put my foot down.
it’s gonna be rather compelling and demonstrative of this not being a fleeting ephemeral whim that only arose ‘just recently’ when I can look a doctor in the eye and state with total honesty,
“I have dedicated several years of persistent effort to drag my weight down into a healthy range specifically because I promised myself that I would pursue a gender transition if i made it. I have lost more than my entire current body weight specifically in pursuit of this goal. If you try to tell me after all of that, that all my effort toward this exact goal was for naught, The Result Of Your Decision Shall Be Very ‘Unhealthy’ For Me, DOCTOR.”
