And no one taught me this. After just trying to cut one once or twice this is super intuitive as the better way to do it.
Also once sliced try them with some oil and balsamic vinegar drizzled over, and some salt and pepper.

Np. I wish I could take credit for thinking up this method myself, but a person who is otherwise douchey, taught me haha.
To clarify, do you mean the balsamic and salt and pepper is for taste (mouth watering as I think about it…) or does it also help with the peeling process?
