fitjazz@sh.itjust.works 14 hours agoI have never had a problem with waste from scooping but I have the perfect size and shape spoons and I am also usually making guacamole so anything that might get left behind on the first scoop just gets scraped out anyway.

When it peels cleanly off, that’s ideal though. Easier too. I switched from your method to mine a decade ago
