That’s a scooba. Rare obscure product no one bought. It had a water tank and scrubbed your floor while vacuuming up the dirty water.

I remember these. Felt kind of weird putting water into an electric vacuum.

It was also pretty disgusting to clean. Always a mess of wet gunky hair in the brush and dirty water bin. It sadly didn’t clean super well but was better than not cleaning.
