The only thing that bothers me is leaving the pizza in a box like that. It should be put into a ziploc of similar bag. Refrigerators pull moisture out of things, and the pizza crust is already susceptible to that from just the refrigeration.

Sometimes shitty pizzas use mozzarella with too much moisture and refrigerating/dehydrating it overnight can give you the greatest mozzarella texture and flavor that exists when you reheat it.
Also, there’s the water trick where you strategically wet the pizza with water before toaster oven-ing it. You have to be careful, though, because some pizza will absorb it really fast in certain places and turn it permanently soggy INSTANTLY.
Lately, I’ve been toying with the concept that mozzarella is like a sponge, and at moment of pulling out of an oven, there’s an optimum moisture content, and that refrigerating it and direct water application can control for this on a near-precision level.
