Comment on If a space Alien landed in the states. And hooked up with one of his or her fellow travelers and had a kid in the US would that kid be a US citizen? Or do we have something in place for it?

It depends on how you (or the Supreme Court) defines “persons”.

They might technically have to become corporations.
