It is however extremely stinky and is typically the meatiest, fleshiest material they eat when they otherwisr have a life of kibble or canned foods. And for that reason they tend to ravenously enjoy tunafish.

I can’t speak for all cats, as in felines, but domesticated house cats that humans keep as pets are derived from a desert cat originally. Not many desert fish for their digestive systems to have adapted to.

Probably. It becomes a greater concern for wherever they go to the bathroom afterwards.
