Hey I’m not neurotypical either. I have ADHD and a bunch of other stuff. But I feel like it’s probably not physically healthy to consistently do that kind of thing. Especially if it’s consistent in its inconsistency.

Of course it isn’t healthy.
The point I’m making is I and many people do it unintentionally.
