SCmSTR@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 week agoIf valve made the frame as it’s going to be and an index 2 that was the index but lighter with all around improvements but was still wired only with no battery pack, which would you buy? Standalone inside-out, or next gen pcvr with lighthouses?

I don’t think I can even answer that question. Inside-our tech has really evolved since the old days and I couldn’t say hardware was intrinsically better or worse based on that like I could at the time.
