Her right hand looks unaturaly stiff, while she puts her left hand on top of the pizza on to the cheese.

I don’t see it. The dude above her is chewing while holding his fingers on his lips but very much isn’t “literally eating his fingers”.

Food previously placed in his mouth and his hand is hovering neat his lips. Have you never noticed someone doing that? It doesn’t seem unusual to me.
