AmosBurton_ThatGuy@lemmy.ca 1 week agoI did the same thing, used to drink a lot of pop and juice and now I just have my morning coffee and water for the rest of the day. Now if I could just cut out the booze, I would have a healthy body but that’s the hardest part for me tbh.
Biking is awesome for losing weight, I was in the best shape of my life in 2017 when I was able to bike to and from work everyday while working construction. Not an option for me anymore sadly as my current job is a 20 minute drive away from home with 10 of that being on the highway.
