And that discredits the argument for aiding someone taken advantage of by a corporation, the argument that there exists rampant police ineptitude and/or corruption how?
The existence of a GoFundMe to at least attempt to make a family whole does a lot more than the company doing nothing for years and threatening lawfare until they finally get some negative publicity.
Is Ben making money off of this? Yes. Can his actions still be morally correct? Yes.
We live under capitalism. We’ve tied our very survival to making money. How does that discredit what he’s attempting as you’re implying?
