Stern@lemmy.world 1 week agoMight be luckier with the SMT’s then the Persona’s but even then teenage protags are still a staple. The recent two Like a Dragon games both have a middle ages protagonist fwiw.

I’ve only played 5 and it was the typical teen boy becomes a god and changes the world kinda thing. I wish JRPGs would escape that crap but I guess it’s part and parcel of the genre.
