zarathustrad@lemmy.world 1 week agoI don’t always engage in ass kissing and bootlicking, but when I do, I rise up the corporate ladder until my skill set is no longer relevant.
I then meet short term goals, while covering up my incompetent long term management until I take another promotion based on my aforementioned bootlicking.
