Ass to mouth is a great way to get H. Pilori, even with proper prep … and if you get it badly it’s really not fun - 24 hours in hospital, vomiting blood, camera down my throat, antibiotics strong enough to turn my tongue black for two weeks.
0/10 would not recommend.

Could be, or it could be different bacteria, or hepatitis or something. I was told at the time H. Pilori can just sit in your system not doing anything for years, but if it gets angry you’ll know about it.
If you do regular butt stuff, especially with multiple partners, you really need to be careful with your health. Check out if there are free resources in your area for sexual health
