In Batman TAS episode “Almost Got Him” Poison Ivy walks in on a card game between Penguin, Joker, Killer Croc, and Two-Face.
Ivy says hello to Two-Face and Harvey says that half of him wants to strangle her and the other half wants to shoot her.
Joker looks at Penguin. “They used to date.”
