    if you only had the choice between hamas and likud/israel, would you side with the people that constantly have their homes stolen, are systematically oppressed and treated as less than human for decades? the palestinians first protested peacefully against the occupation which was just dictated to them by the british and were brutally beaten down. then they protested with stones and were shot and murdered. when they took the rifles in their own hand in complete desparation they were labeled terrorists. that is how the whole thing works, you cant just look at the last 3 years and think you see the whole picture without context. if the israelis would respect them as humans and their territorial borders it would be a different story.
