The Young Seagoons used to house/pet sit.

The owners should have left her a contact number in case of questions or emergency. She should call it.

The scummy house is apparently not unusual.

    The house is almost bare. There’s no where for a camera. Things aren’t adding up.

    Maybe the owners aren’t on holiday at all. Jail perhaps? Done a runner?
