I’ve got incredible brain fog today.

I’ve popped a berocca. It took me way too long to get the lid off. Lol.

Good idea, I probably should have had one of them this morning. I’ve got a solo in my handbag but can’t even be bothered.

I’m taking iron in hopes that it helps with the brain fog and back pain reduction.

I take creatine which does help. I’ll be making kedgeree for tea tonight with lots of brain boosting ingredients.

ok, I’ll look into creatine too 👍
kedgeree sounds good too, ( never had it, I should try it )

Creatine can upset some tummies.
Kedgeree is amazingly simple. It’s basically fried rice. In this case I’m gonna make it with cauliflower rice.

Bloody delicious stuff. I recommend doing the classic thing of poaching the fish in milk, then using the milk as the liquid to cook the rice. I also don’t bother with hard boiled eggs when putting a poached egg on top of a bowl of kedgeree is soooo much better. Also, the better the curry powder/paste you use, the better the whole thing tastes. Imo it’s more a dryish risotto than fried rice but you do you.
