Thank you. I feel so much better too. 🙂 My posture has improved too, maybe it’s because I am feeling good lately, maybe it’s because i have less weight on my spine.
Less strain on the knees and hips as well 🙂glad you are feeling good about yourself, there’s nothing quite like it!
