  Let’s see… checks timeline: USA funds rebels (Al Qaeda). makes lots of pinky promises to said rebels with their fingers crossed behind their backs. and then when it was time to pay the bill and keep their promises… the USA said: “what promises, I never promised anything” while tossing the documents right in front of their puppets. cue pissed off Al Qaeda.
