  Sometimes. Though in my experience, the best sales prices were mostly with the PS+ additional discounts.

    The vast majority of sales don’t even have PS+ bonuses (which used to be the main draw on PS3). And the sales are regularly sub-$10 for older games. It doesn’t compare to Steam. But you can still get a lot of good deals.
