Look at the shape of the ‘window’.
Now look at the shape of the door panel.
There is literally no way that ‘window’ could ever roll down and fit into that door panel.
This is simple and obvious visual geometry, slide top shape (window) down into bottom shape (door panel), it simply cannot fit.
Therefore this is not a real photo, as the window arrangement is physically impossible.

There is no window in that photo. The photo shows the bottom half of the door, below where the window would be.

There is no window frame in that photo either, those doors have window frames a couple inches thick all the way around. Another commenter posted an actual photo of such a door. The window frame isn’t exactly an optional piece…

The window frame is above where we can see, outside of the frame of the picture.
