Because the user flow sucks and every place has their own shit, including their own apps or shitty web UI, you need to make an account or give email/phone to yet another place that will abuse it, their services don’t have order tracking etc.

The UI and userflow through a single app is preferable to dealing with each individual app/service each restaurant make us use.
