What is up with all these puerile jokes lately? Lemmy is turning into a cafeteria table for preteen boys.
I was thinking about commenting on misogyny, but I’m not sure the people making these jokes are ready for tall-talk.
This post seems merely borderline imo, but lemmy in general seems to be a lot more relaxed around misogyny than the progressive atmosphere would lead you to believe.
The silver lining is that while misogynistic posts get a positive balance of a few hundred upvotes; there are actually only a handful of people posting them.
That’s why you should block me. I love that a shitpost in this context is being compared to actual misogyny.
Puerile, takes me back to Latin class. Big brain on you clearly. You realize this is an intentionally bad meme in a shitpost community right?
