  1. Screenshot it in case they keep harassing you
  2. Report them for sexual harassment
  3. Block them (or ignore if the app you’re using has that instead so they won’t know you did anything)

  That said, the unsolicited dick pics I’ve received have been more of a frustration because I stopped responding. In that scenario they want a reaction, any reaction.
