No they don’t. You attack the other country’s military and soldiers. You don’t specifically target schools. That is a war crime.

You realize it’s a war crime because EVERYONE though basically all of History did EXACTLY that.
War crimes only are war crimes because they where common problems in war.
Name one country who is consistently targeting schools, hospitals and civilian homes post WW2.
They all seem to at some point though.
If by “they all” you mean the US and Israel, then yes.
Other nations aren’t slaves to Baal worshiping Jews. Well, Europe is as well, but they’re not involved in many ways post WW2.
