Depending on the services provided, you may receive a bill after the fact that will be either the percentage youâre obligated to pay by your insurance company (coinsurance) or the balance your insurance didnât cover, for example if you havenât met your deductible. Youâll definitely sometimes get separate bills from a provider and a facility, but usually at hospitals moreso than outpatient clinics
