That’s not my experience at all. When the trailer for the Switch 2 version came out it looked horrible, but the actual game was fine from the moment it released. It runs fine on my Steam Deck too, but the Steam Deck only has a 720p display while the Switch 2 is 1080p. Visually I prefer the Switch 2 version at 40 Hz by a lot.

i won’t dismiss the cruft and bugginess of the older iteration of gamebryo / creation engine but if you care about the original series, nv has much more to offer you. would be cool if nv could be forward ported to, for example, starfields engine, though it’s not like that isn’t without its limitations either.
