  I believe a huge part is from her pen. She might have some creative staff and advisors, but her own flavour of humour is pretty unique, so I think this is 100% Cunk.

    Nope. The charecter is the work of Charlie Brooker. Diane Morgan has provided material but the charecter was created and she was cast to fit the idea.
