Yeah this is what I do currently but it’s not as effective as I would like. My attention span shorts out and I find myself wandering off or fucking around with shit in my bedroom. For whatever reason I didn’t have the same problem when I had a exercise bike to use. I suspect it’s because it takes just enough coordination that I can’t switch off but not enough to not be tedious.
