What if they just came back the next day and did the return then?

Pretty sure Iâd argue myself blue if I was denied a return because I wasnât early enough. Part of me wonders if itâs self imposed KPI to make her store look better. The lady wanting the return had purchased online and the online store does not offer free returns, you have to pay postage.
