    not entirely sure if it’s the same thing as what OP is referring to, but I’m definitely not about to Google it again to make sure. I’ll explain what I think it might be

    sexual/gore text explanation

    There was a guy in an Asian country who had a thing for decapitation in porn. He wanted to do it IRL. He hired someone to do it and record it. After he masturbated and reached climax a dude chopped his head off with an axe. He then documented the entire process of butchering and (if I’m remembering correctly) feeding the body to unknowing people. The whole thing is kinda shrouded in mystery as it’s illegal and they don’t wanna be caught and stuff but there’s a very good YouTube documentary by “Brew” about it.
