Walking pad - Start slow. Surprisingly it takes a little practice and balance to start off but itâs super fun and when you get the hang of it you can give yourself challenges. Donât go hard because itâs not sustainable. Tuck a hand towel into your pants because you will sweat. Pets will be amused.
Weights - Again start with small ones. Pick an exercise and do 8 Ă 3 sets. Lots on YouTube to choose from. Donât go hard because itâs not sustainable.
Diet - Calories in, calories out. Use a tdee calculator to find your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Donât give up any food that youâre not prepared to give up for life because itâs not sustainable.
We ladies gotta stick together and encourage each other. Also itâs not too late to start up no sugar for the rest of lentish. Youâll feel amazing afterwards. (Yeah I did say not to give up any food but itâs sugar and itâs only for a short amount of time and itâs a kick start).
