Like the other commenter said, it’s chickpea and mung beans and some other stuff.
I have a soy allergy and am intolerant of red meat, so Beyond burgers are the next best option for me. I can sometimes find pre-made bean patties but those are rarer. ¯\(ツ)/¯

Beyond uses chickpea protein. Soy allergies are pretty common.

If it was readily available in grocery stores where I live, I would. Same for seitan.
