2018 okay either a specific event I can find or intentionally darkened. These are from the met gala (may 2019) and the billboards women of music (December, 2018)

You can tell from the background that the lighting isn’t as bright. It doesn’t mean it was photoshopped and doesn’t mean it was dishonest.
She got a suntan. Americans are just so ridiculous for making such a big deal out of things like that.
She did way more then just getting a tan.
