I put in a solid 40 working from home. Most people I know do.

Most people I know working from home put in a solid gelatinous 3, MAYBE 4 hours tops between watching television and running errands, and I’m cashed after 2.
Any other WFH people agree with the number of hours worked?
Personally I’d say a majority of the time it is true since insurance is a bit swingy workload wise.

Definitely not for me. That might be the case on a day here or there (say, if one of my kids has a longer doctor’s appointment), but usually I’m working 7-9 hours in a day. I do tend to work a slightly under 40 hours a week, though.
I honestly just wouldn’t be able to get all of my assigned work done in time if I only worked that much, as nice as it might be.

not when I wfh but I make it a point to push harder from home and take my time in the office because if they are doing metrics I want wfh to clearly win.
