    I think he means his sister reads salon and his husband is racist and also his husband and his sister are in a relationship too, it’s a classic polycule isotope.

      He was poking fun at the framing. It should have been “my sister and her husband”

      “My sister and husband” has the same grammatical framing as “my friend and classmate”. It denotes the same person.
