  thanks, I can take small doses of aspirin until I get results and a script for specialised meds

  and gentle hugs for your big toe , that must hurt very much because it’s not like you can walk softer

    I can cope when I’m bare foot, which is most of the time but when I start exercising that’s when the pain starts so I have to wear runners now.

    It feels weird like a tight rubber band and sometimes it swells. I think it’s from years of driving.
