Comment on Australians banned social media. Now they are worried about teenagers going outside with e-bikes

If kids are acting out, it’s because they’re feeling powerless and/or unheard. So they banned social media. What did they replace it with? Did the government build public spaces meant for under-16s to gather and be social?
Golf courses are not a good thing,though. They are an absolute waste. The amount of water and chemicals used is atrocious.
